We offer three tiers of support to provide strategic guidance for your short and long term goals!

Tier 3
Tier 3 provides high-touch support for early learning centers. Ideal for programs that need in-depth, expert-led early childhood business consulting to scale sustainably and improve long-term impact. This tier is ideal for new or seasoned programs that need a thought partner and operational support.

Tier 2
Tier 2 is designed for child care centers and preschools ready to strengthen their systems and improve operational efficiency. This level is ideal for programs looking to streamline operations, and align daily practices with long-term goals. This package provides balanced consulting and administrative support.
$1,795.00/Month — 10 Hours/Month
Tier 1
Ideal for preschools and child care centers that need focused, short-term support each month. Whether you’re looking for occasional consulting, quick systems refinement, or expert review, Tier 1 gives you just the right amount of support . Best for programs who need to stay on track- not start from scratch.

Your hours can be used flexibly each month for one-on-one consulting, back-end administrative support, document reviews, strategy sessions, and project planning. We'll define priorities together during your intake and roadmap session.

Most consulting is provided virtually for flexibility and accessibility. However, in-person visits for back-end administrative work, walkthroughs, or strategic planning can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

We’ll guide you through an intake process and planning session to help identify the level of support your program needs. Each tier is based on the number of consulting hours provided monthly, with no long-term contracts.

Yes! You can move up or down a tier with written notice before the next billing cycle begins on the 1st of the month.

No, monthly hours do not roll over. This encourages consistent progress and planning each month.

When you choose a tier to subscribe to and enter in your billing information, the payment method will be saved and billed for upcoming months. All subscriptions are billing on the first of the month. Billing reminders will be sent two days prior to the billing cycle. Invoices will be sent following successful payments, typically within the first week of the month.

You may cancel at any time by submitting written notice before the 1st of the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.

We understand that not every need fits neatly into a monthly consulting plan. Occasionally, ECEC offers customized support at a flat, project-based rate. Pricing is determined by the scope and timeline of your initiative, ensuring you receive exactly the expertise and resources you need. For limited one-time strategy intensives or custom projects, reach out for availability.

Special Projects & Initiatives
Not every need fits neatly into a monthly consulting plan. For one-time projects — such as accreditation preparation, Quality rating improvement plans (Quality First, QRIS), classroom layout & design consultations, or Staff training workshops (in-person or virtual); ECEC offers customized support at a flat, project-based rate. Pricing is determined by the scope and timeline of your initiative, ensuring you receive exactly the expertise and resources you need without committing to a subscription tier.
